End User License Agreement

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement governs your use of Scholar Stack software and related services provided by 4th Density Ventures.

1. License

Subject to this agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Scholar Stack for your own study and preparation.

2. Your materials

You retain your rights in the lectures, notes, documents, images, and other material you provide. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the features you request, including transcription, organization, assessment generation, and tutoring support.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Scholar Stack to infringe another person’s rights, obtain unauthorized examination material, interfere with the service, or misrepresent generated content as professional or institutional advice.

4. AI-assisted output

Scholar Stack output can contain errors. Review important material against your course resources and use it as a study aid, not as a guarantee of exam content or academic results.

5. Availability and termination

Features may change as the service develops. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users or the service. You may stop using the software at any time.
