• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's App Store policies.

The AI-generated content is provided for your personal study use. Scholar Stack owns the rights to the application's design, code, and proprietary algorithms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scholar Stack is provided "as is". While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that transcriptions or summaries will be 100% error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scholar Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
